Counseling Training
Lighthouse Biblical Counseling Center offers training for those wanting to be certified in Biblical Counseling. Training happens onsite at LBCC, or churches and organizations can offer this training locally where speakers come to you.
In addition, seminars for men, women, and congregations are also offered on many topics relating to the Christian life. LBCC desires to come alongside pastors and churches to counsel and train congregants to guide them into God’s will for their lives.
LBCC ensures that biblical counseling doesn't merely sprinkle in a few Bible verses to make the counseling appear Christian or God-centered. In contrast to psychologically-integrated systems, biblical counseling seeks to carefully discover those areas in which a person needs to become obedient to the principles and commands of Scripture to help him or her learn how to lovingly submit to God's will.
